Under the EMI license and considering the central bank mandates, Aurum will be opting to facilitate the disbursement services on behalf of the ministries or the NGOs, the example would be the MOF salary payment which can be either disbursed in cash or the E-value is sent to the mobile wallet post the account creation and proper KYC on boarding.
